Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly packed and ready for transport. Mudanzas Parla is not liable for any damages to items that were not adequately prepared for moving.

4. Payment Terms
All payments for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of the moving process. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the booking process.

5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled moving date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability
Mudanzas Parla is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
